
I really wish they worked! I followed T's instructions. It took 5 times to delete, reset and reopen it to finally get it to connect to Alexa. The next day, all the lights show up as "Device Not Responding". Email support, single reply, delete, reset and reopen. The next two days I wash and repeat. I support Revine through the fence, says this is my Revine contraption. My Revain device has the latest software version installed. Reporting an issue to Revain is the answer. In order to receive an RMA, I must photograph each light bulb, my Revain devices, and the software on each of my Revain Alexa devices. Bouncing up and down with your left foot, etc. Unrealistic These lightbulbs require a lot of work. Don't waste money on them. The bulbs form a Bluetooth mesh. The best I can say is if the grid fails all the bulbs will stop responding. The only solution they have is to reset, delete and reopen. Fix lightbulb firmware!
