It's really short compared to the ones you get at the hospital and barely covers my 4 inch section. Says it's 11.1 inches wide, seriously doubt it, but I haven't measured it. Plush lining is only on the front where the velcro is, the back and sides are prickly and uncomfortable. I bought them because my doctor wanted me to wear the brace "constantly” for the first 2 weeks and I needed to wash the brace I had in the hospital. On the other hand, the grip strength is good and helps with post-incision pain. . I'd recommend this as something to use if you're washing your hospital binder but plan on wearing a shirt or something underneath and staying home all day (which you probably already have).
