I needed to replace my old water bottle that I had for many years. My requirements are simple. I prefer glass because I taste plastic when I drink water and I need something with a good grip and seal if it tips over. This constigo fit the bill. I like the removable flexible (silicone) band that seals the glass bottle. It can be easily removed for washing and put back on just as securely as before. The lid has a latch with a button that can be locked to prevent accidental opening. The handle is nice and wide with clamping function. The only downside is that it's significantly heavier than a plastic bottle and is on the wider end so not easy to fit in places. However, I like that it lasts longer so I don't have to keep refilling it and worry about it leaking or spilling even when it's on its side.
