I copied this message from a previous review. He has exactly the same problems as me. He solved problems. Upon arrival I noticed that the replacement blades were different than the ones in my last set a year or two ago. They replaced one of the components with plastic. Installation wasn't difficult, but as soon as I turned the razor on I noticed that it slowed noticeably as I stroked my beard and the blades didn't seem to provide a close shave like my previous set. Each movement seemed to greatly affect the speed of rotation of the razor. I gave up and put my old blades back in. It seemed to work as intended and shaved well. I'll try to find a replacement head with blades to see if it works better. Very disappointed with the product.
