When I first got this both ports worked great. I can assure you that I have a Sprint Samsung S7, I will always see how fast it charges. I use Uber and Lyft and with that I can keep my phone charged and my passengers with compatible phones like fast charging. About two weeks after receiving it I noticed that one of the ports wasn't lighting up and I figured it was just a cosmetic issue. With an LED, but it turns out that the connector was not charged. If I tweaked it a bit on the 12V connector it might light up for a moment, but any bump in the road would cause it to go out again. At first I thought it was a problem with my 12v socket, but I have another 12v socket in the back of the car and the same thing happened there. I tried it on two other machines and the same, only one port worked. It's a shame because it doesn't look cheap. The charger looks and feels solid and high quality. I still use it for the remaining port as fast charging is a great feature that I love. Maybe I was unlucky and hit a dead end? I will contact the seller and see if they do anything about it.
