This is the same radio that Radiodiddy sells but I cannot rate Radiodiddy. With an updated contact list of about 200,000, all contact information appears on the display. This radio is worth it for that alone. The new firmware update also fixes a few things. Easy programming but I need to set up a group to make it work with my access point. You must also use "on" for the hotspot slot. Works well with repeaters and analog. The audio is excellent. It only has one knob so you have to press the top button for volume and then turn the knob to change the volume because I programmed the knob to change channels. Sure they save money by only having one button but for the price and 20w and 300k contact list it's a great radio once you download the latest contact list which takes about 45 minutes and update the firmware to the latest version .
