This is a very functional, reasonably priced piece of kitchen equipment. Flavor of juice is better than my last fast processing juicer, though the process is really a lot slower. my boyfriend has a different slow press juicer that he paid about $200 also on amazon and I wish I got that one as it is faster and larger than this one. The up side is this one is easier to clean and takes up less space. I wanted to do a juice cleanse ( four juices a day) which is a lot of juicing. This might be better for the occasional juicer.I gave it 4 stars because I had a weird first package that someone had opened, used then returned and it was missing the manual and bits of box.it wasn't exactly reassuring me of a Quality product but seems more like an amazon service issue than product issue.
