Accurately described by seller

I review items based on the seller’s claims so I’m writing this review with that in mind.Initial impression was, "Wow! These are thin!”. Build quality seems good otherwise. None of the 3 pair I received had any pilling or snags either initially or after being laundered. As you can see from the pictures and from the seller’s description, there is additional padding at the heel and toe, but in between, the material is VERY thin. The seller says this is to allow air circulation. The "padding” at heel and toe (and top of the sock the length of the foot) is thicker than the rest of the sock but not nearly as thick as other socks I’ve had. As the seller describes, there is an arch band but I didn’t feel like there was a lot of extra support from this band of thin material.I wore them when working outside in leather boots on a 90 degree day. I never noticed my feet being hot. When I peeled them off at the end of the day, my feet were damp but not nearly as bad as heavy cotton socks would have been. I was satisfied with their performance in this "test”.I’ve worn them basically around the house and yard and running some simple errands 6 times now. My original concerns about the thinness are being relieved for the most part. The socks are pretty easy to get on, just the right compromise between compression for support and looseness for ease of putting them on. They ARE comfortable to wear. I have some shoes that are pretty tight and these socks work great in those shoes.Questions I can’t address are1. How these would work in a sporting situation. If used in a sport where your feet take a pounding like tennis, I am concerned about the lack of padding on the bottom of the foot and arch. You'd need good shoes to make up for the lack of padding from the socks.2. Durability. They’ve been washed a time or two and seem to be holding up fine, but time will tell how they stand up to multiple wash and wear cycles.Made in China.Overall, the more I wear them the more I like them. Easy on, comfortable to wear. Just make sure you read the description. I believe the seller accurately describes their product.
