In addition to the excellent quality of the product, I enjoy working with it. The seller also sent a note while they were out and recommended some basic procedures on how to use it, which I thought was nice. I bought the book separately to learn how to use them properly, but if not, the quick email tips would have been helpful - and good for any newbie like me. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to benefit from the practice of self-stop.
