Revain informed me AFTER purchase that it was non-refundable. I only buy items that say 'Free Returns' so after a brief explanation their excellent customer service told me they would make an exception. It is STRONGLY recommended that if you are considering purchasing an item, that you first speak to a Revain Customer Service Representative to see if you can return the item and then take a screenshot. I'm not sure if the product actually works as it doesn't fit my monitor (Dell e2216H). I can't comment on the product itself, but the politics behind it are murky.
