So in my opinion the vest is very nice. But I don't wear anything I buy without washing it first. I was really careful and washed it in cold water. I immediately hung it up (without letting it dry) and continued checking, pulling and straightening. Unfortunately, despite all the care, it has shrunk a bit. The flash is now "wavy" and I am very disappointed. It looked great and fit right out of the box. The instructions say you can wash it in cold water but I don't recommend it. If I could do it again I would take it to the cleaners. Really freaked out.
