This is a nice address tag. I use it with a 5 digit house number and it works fine for that. I like the ability to choose between 5k light or 3k warm light. I opted for warmer light. The solar panel is made of glass and will hopefully withstand the weather. What could be improved is the plastic bar. Even when firmly planted in the ground, the whole block is a little flimsy/wobbly. Double design will be more reliable. I would have preferred an all-aluminum body and kickstand to increase rigidity and give the device a more premium feel. The light box and the back of the device are made of plastic. I wonder how long they will last under full UV light? A higher quality design would have included a removable numbered glass plate on the back of the plate to protect it from the elements. In this design, the numbers are stickers attached to the outside of the plastic lightbox. They tend to fade and peel. It would be nice if you could enter an address and pay extra to ship the product with the numbers already applied. The case doesn't look like it can be taken apart. So if the batteries fail, they are more likely to be disposable batteries. I would prefer a cheaper/replaceable battery so that it doesn't break after 2 years.
