Cheap. Bad customer support. They lied to me and never corrected their defective product.
The fabric is cheap and saggy. I bought a bunch of them. 1 was sagging so bad on the main long part that i had to contact customer support to ask for a replacement part. They said theyll send a new part but didnt. I reached out again after 5 weeks, they said theyll send it now. They sent me the part in a different color. I had to reach out to them again. They sent the part again in an even worse color and then they stopped responding to me. Looks like they sent me crap parts to clear out their warehouse and now i have these chaise parts sitting at my house.
