I changed my diet to get more protein. Breakfast consisted more or less of plain Greek yoghurt, vanilla protein powder and protein muesli. However, this granola added 220 calories and only 10g of protein to the meal, so I was looking for something better. These puffs are the answer. I cut 120 calories and added 10 grams of protein to the meal. Now I add some raisins too, but the whole meal is now 360 calories and 56g protein! I've also made some delicious treats with it and melted dark chocolate. This makes them look like crunchy candy bars.
