The tumbler turner I received came with no instructions on how to assemble. It is literally is silent. I thought it had broke. Woke up to my cup not turning, it was still plugged in, tried turning it off and on. Turns out it was still on, the nut just wasn't tightened enough and overnight the nut fell off and the screw fell out.Also received the really big black rubber ends for the cup to be on while on the turner. The were WAY to big for any of my cups so we had to cut one of them down a lot.Other than no directions and over sized ends it's a great machine.
