This stand works great. I like the adjustable legs that give me more options for containers. On the back of the box you will find instructions on how to fold this flat without taking it apart. Yes it's in Swedish but you can see in the picture that you just twist the legs and have them move slightly so it lays flat - a great design aspect. I have read several reviews about the grommets on the bag being torn due to being a snug fit. Here's how I put the bag on the stand: 1) Hook the first sleeve 2) Hook the sleeve opposite the first 3) Remove the other two legs from the ring 4) Hook one sleeve, then gently straighten and insert the foot in position on the ring 4) repeat with the last eyelet and leg. The eyelets don't break. If you try to attach the grommets to the last 2 hooks, the bag will rip due to the lack of movement of the legs when they are already on the ring. To remove the pouch, reverse the above steps. I ordered 2 extra bags so that when I make different jellies I can put a clean one on and continue processing. I hope this review is helpful.
