Broke in 5 minutes

I have small wrists so I knew I had to adjust the strap. I'm not new to using the tool they sent me to remove links so I was all set. I followed the directions that came with the tape and within 5 minutes not only was the tool breaking but one of the pins was splitting in two even though I was using very low RPMs (be careful). So I feel like I should have just flushed the money down the toilet! I would not recommend it.
