Our 2013 Honda Pilot had two working keys but mine had the plastic chipped and cracked leaving the metal part of the key loose. Tried JB Weld which worked fine for 3 weeks but started to wobble again. So I bought these two packs and went through the program process to get one last night working. At the end of the process, our two original keys no longer worked, and neither did the new key. There's really only one solution right now: bring in a third party, a Honda dealer or locksmith. The cost of repairing two keys is over $130. I need a new key programmed for $100. Reprogramming my wife's key as is, $40. Lost time? Priceless and we spend MORE money than if I just got a new key from the dealer. My recommendation is to avoid them, maybe the seller too. I contacted them to find out what they would do other than a refund. Keep an eye on the seller - Besta didn't seem to care.
