They don't bite as hard as the pads I removed (probably sintered metal) but they hold up great, eco friendly, much lighter rotors (extended rotor life, IMPORTANT) they are absolutely silent shhh and don't need any backing plates or lubrication and best of all they don't transfer heat, the best aspect. I highly recommend them as a former Mazda dealer, racer and technician!
