This is a slow, fan-driven computer cooler

Good idea, but a weak fan will kill it. there is hardly any wind, very little breeze from the fan and slightly cool air. Practically a good desktop cooler with very limited cooling capacity. The best thing was the very fast delivery, but the effort of ordering was not worth it.
