Review on 🐦 Stylish Copper Madison Bird Cage by Prevue Hendryx - Premium Pet Product by Courtney Ellis

I took a second cockatiel that came with a completely wrong cage so I started looking for the same one as my cockatiel over 14 years old. I thought it was almost an exact match, other than the rounded corners and the way dining doors work. So I went to clean the cage for the first time and found the following: 1. The cage is only slightly larger than the old version so even the tray and grate doesn't fit flat in my tub. Okay, not the biggest deal in the world, just an inconvenience. Both the shell and the grate can be easily removed and cleaned.2. The cell itself is welded to the base. What the hell? Apparently I didn't read the last page of any of the reviews so I skipped this question. Detritus gets caught on the shelf between the tray/grid and the start of the wire. Of course, at a temperature of 30 * I will not take it outside and wash it with a hose. Well, at least my new bird isn't as dirty as my older one, so it's not a big deal for now. The powder coating is very easy to maintain compared to traditional old cage metallic paint. I've had it not long ago though, so let's see if it holds up (I don't see why it shouldn't). 4. I like slightly matte color. I also got a dark copper color that matches the Dekor5. It uses the same cup sizes as the old cage so that's a huge plus6. The sides of the cage have vertical slats instead of horizontal ones (front and back are horizontal). Luckily that's not a problem for my new bird, but I know my old friend would have trouble navigating (he's not the smartest bird in his clutch :) . On the other hand, it also doesn't allow me to easily use some of the elements attached to the horizontal bars. Ziva the new bird is very happy with this cage compared to the one she came with. Despite the shortcomings indicated in the list, it is good and durable for cockatiels and looks very good. I probably would have bought the cage anyway even if I had known the wire part didn't come loose from the base as I couldn't find any other cages like the one I had in mind. I just don't understand what they were thinking when they did it that way.
