This mining frame is ok not good

It sells cheaper than others, the design is almost good because it doesn't 100% fit for big rtx 3080 or rtx 3090 cards. With a big card and a GPU extender you can only install about 6 or maybe 7 GPUs, so NOT for 12 GPUs. The vertical height is also not suitable for these cards.
