I have a 24" head and this helmet doesn't fit me. I know it's adjustable and I unscrewed the toggle switch all the way out and it still doesn't go over my head. I would say that you don't want a head larger than 23 inches. Also, there is very little padding in this helmet. And the fact that it's very subtle. This is a lightweight helmet that weighs about 10 ounces without the sun visor. This bicycle helmet is made in China and distributed by the Chinese company Revain. At the current price of $36, that's about $20 more than it should be.
