These dice are definitely not solid stainless steel. Each cube weighs approximately 29 grams, while a solid 1 cubic inch stainless steel cube should weigh approximately 123 grams. They feel disappointingly light when you hold them in your hands, and when you shake them you can hear there's liquid inside. Reading the main features of the products, I got the impression that they are made of durable stainless steel. The product description only mentions in small print that it is "high-quality stainless steel with food-safe cooling gel inside". Please note that a word "cooling gel" was mentioned in the product specifications. I don't know which material is better for chilling drinks, but this misleading representation of the product's performance warrants one star.
