I bought this same item from my local homebrew store and was very disappointed when the faucet quick disconnect came apart three times before I rinsed one bottle! And, yes, I had it lined up properly and I barely had the faucet turned on. I even tried putting tie wraps around the locking tabs to keep them from releasing, but that didn't work. I ended up buying a news barbed faucet connector and replaced the quick connect and it worked great with that modification.
