We bought this device to replace a previous model, the Teradek Vidiu Pro. The old version was pretty good but buggy at times. This new version has improved UI/UX and an overall smoother experience. The Sharelink service makes it easy to stream to more than one service at a time, or you can stream to a service using Vidiu X's own interface. Everything is quick and easy. I also like the ability to record locally to an SD card or USB stick. So far we have recorded locally on a separate device. The only downsides are that the device gets a bit warm, so be careful where you put it and make sure it gets enough air. And I had to reset the first time because I had a problem connecting to Sharelink. I'm not sure if I did something wrong or if it was just a bug in the system, but it worked perfectly the second time around. And the setup is very quick and easy.
