I have had Sirius for many years now and before I get to the actual radio, Sirius customer service has gone downhill and I would give up if anything else was available. The radio is fine as long as you don't switch it to other docks. I use it at home, in the car and in my portable boombox. The antenna connection fails over time, poor design and I had to replace three of them. Once again, Sirius will charge you $15 to switch to the device you're replacing, then sue you for payment if it's not paid within seven days. quite sarcastic of them. Since this is the only game in town, you have no choice. UPDATE 1/10/16 - New one star rating: If you have multiple docks, like a car, house and boombox, then the device will eventually fail. The antenna connection fails and you get the message "Antenna not found". This new device, my third in three years, is only three months old and starting to fail. Again, Sirius offers you a $15 connection fee just for the privilege of switching to another device, even if you have a current subscription. So much for customer service.
