I bought this product to help my cat adjust to a new kitten in the house. While I noticed a slight change in the cats' behavior, my house cat reacted strongly. Within 24 hours of plugging in the diffuser, my cat started having watery discharge from her eyes, had trouble opening them, and they were very red. The vet said it could be an allergic reaction or an aggravation of feline herpes. My cat has no current diagnosis of feline herpes but this is not uncommon and this product may be the trigger for a reaction. I would recommend keeping a close eye on all pets using this product to ensure they are not experiencing any negative reactions. I really regret wasting money on a product which then resulted in additional vet and medication costs.
