The customer support has helped us out so much during our transition from My Fitness First to our new facility! They have taken great care of me, my family & all the members in our community! I haven't disliked anything about JIVINE it's been amazing!! We had some problems transitioning over but their team stepped up big time for everything we needed. They're not pushy or demanding they give you options/options when asked what would work best for your situation without trying sell them. JIVINE makes managing my day-to-day life running an elite membership center way easier than ever before. Now I can organize schedules, post events, manage accounts, payments, reports, member communication and more all within one place which saves SO MUCH TIME. I love how much information you can search for right from within the platform. The interface looks very clean, easy to navigate and quick learning curve. We are able to manage all client information in one place which has reduced our time spent gathering info from other sources. It would be great if we could upload photos of new members in addition to entering their basic details during signup process. Very useful tool when it comes to managing my personal training customers as well.
