It was well made with quality materials, the zippers closed smoothly but was an odd bright gold color (as advertised in the photos) that really contrasted with the color of the bag. The fabric is thick and easy to wash. The bassinet area seemed to want to close on its own until I actually grabbed the back of the backpack to hold it upright. Unfortunately, the backpack itself doesn't seem to hold as much as I was hoping. I would be big for 1 child but not for 2 children.
