I rarely give such a negative review about a product but considering the price and especially the brand which is widely known for its high quality I was so dissatisfied that I decided to ask potential future buyers of the bug. First let me say that I purchased this table after Hurricane Harvey destroyed my home and business as well as my equipment. The stable that provides my livelihood is much larger than you can imagine. About a month after I bought it I called him at home to work on my client and was blown away by how heavy he is. This table is very heavy! The second thing I noticed, and this was a real deal breaker, is that there is a constant beep when I'm working on my client. The table moves and makes the most annoying noises, a person cannot relax while listening, and this is a regular Swedish massage. I've had many tables in the past, I've never had a table that did this. I checked it to make sure everything was tight and secure, and it was. I don't understand the downside, but it's practically useless. I'm trying to save money at another table and I have to apologize to my clients for the annoyed squeaks they endure throughout the massage. Very embarrassing. I don't know what could be done to solve fewer problems, but the severity of the table would still be a factor. Maybe it's just a defective model? The Earthlites I've had in the past have been exceptional, I was very surprised at the lack of quality in this table.
