Hand dexterity problems, order a larger size!

I misjudged the sizing so I have to spend more to get what I really need for my arthritic hands. It's so hard to live with this arthritis! It's expensive and time-consuming to even try to wear jewelry anymore. I'm so sad. Is this what I've worked so hard for over 40 years? Not being able to do what I love now that I finally have time is depressing.
