The platform is quite easy to use. It's very intuitive and provides great insights into your customers' experience. I like that you can run reports by any time range or by any date range. You can also see if there are any trends in the CX program over time. I wish it was possible to export data so I could share with other teams. If you're looking for a tool that helps you understand your customer experience, this is one of the best out there. We've been able to get a better understanding of our customers' experience and how we can improve them. The program is easy to follow and understand. It's fast and efficient. I like that it is not too complicated. It is very user friendly! Not many complaints. I wish there was an option for more customization/more options. I highly recommend this program! It helps my team create a great experience for our customers. This in turn helps us become known as a great company to work for!
