Pretty cool, get more than you think you need
I bought these for my deepest lobe piercing and figured they would fit right around that. It didn't, so I moved them to my top piercing (still a lobe, almost gristle) and they fit PERFECTLY. Buy a size larger than you think and you'll be fine.
