later Although these chargers are a bit overpriced (mostly from Apple), they work well and charge quickly. This particular model is designed to plug directly into an outlet instead of using the usual extra three prong cable. But that's not a problem, and the cable that plugs into the Mac is more than long enough to sit away from an outlet.
