Arrived quickly and exactly as described. The packaging was more than adequate. Fairly simple exchange process. Just be gentle and take your time. Good game! Save Money: Includes LCD display and touch screen. If your LCD still turns on and there are no damaged pixels, save 75% and just order a touch screen digitizer (top glass). My little one crashed mine twice and both times the LCDs underneath were fine.
