Excellent, but they have their limits.
I used these "Keck clips" for many years - they do work nicely under mild conditions. Not resistant to heat, however, and exposure to solvents will make them brittle, so keep a couple of the metal ones handy for the tough jobs. They will hold all 24/40 joints together, but if the inner joint doesn't have a high enough shoulder the joint can pull open slightly. Laboy's price is the best I've seen.

- The use of polyacetal material in the clips may not be suitable for experiments that require high temperature stability, as the material may deform at high temperatures
