I was really hesitant to buy these because of the terrible reviews. But these things have been through at least 9 washes since I got them last week and I love them so much! The reason for only 4 stars is that one of the stitches came loose BUT I was able to fix it easily! or their water level is not high enough for each load with their top load. In order for them to function, there MUST be enough water to float freely on top. Either add more water per load or reduce load sizes. I posted a photo of all the items that got stuck while washing the small fur rug last night. I couldn't believe it! I love these things and they work great! There is a certain way they are used and they are just not used properly which is why they get bad reviews. But as I said, there has to be enough water for them to be able to swing in the water. over your clothes, they can't touch each other, otherwise they can't work properly.
