Review on Campayn by Rusty Heredia

The ability for customers or partners to send email campaigns directly from their inboxes without having them open an app is great! This solves so many problems that we had with using Mailchimp before. Some of my favorite features are being able to get to know our subscribers better through insights into who they are in comparison to other users as well as how long someone has been subscribed compared to when they opened it. Also I love creating custom audiences within campayn which can be used later down the road if needed! There's not much but what there is works perfectly fine though nothing terrible either! Creating targeted lists by gender would make this feature more useful since we don't have any way currently to segment out certain individuals from others at least in terms of targeting. That said we're solving another problem right now where people keep forgetting about us after sending messages once so maybe that will change soon? It makes customer management easier than ever because instead.
