to say I think I've got mine money wasted. The problems are: * Colors don't dissolve well when applied with water and requires a lot of brushing to remove underlying pencil marks, which increases the graininess of the paper (I used 200gsm watercolor paper). * Many colors look very similar despite the color of the pencil tree. Numbers 18 and 20 are identical, and numbers 50, 51 and 52 are almost identical, as are numbers 070 and 071, etc. *Many colors are not very pigmented. Black looks grey, silver (067) is almost non-existent.* One of the pencils was crooked and one had a broken tip - when sharpening the lead broke along the shaft so I had to keep sharpening - I lost a lot. this pencil. I think on the plus side they didn't cost me too much but I did a comparison with the basic Faber Castell kids pencils (which cost me $5) and they worked great. I took comparison photos to show the difference. I'm really shocked that real artists are bragging about this because I think the quality is terrible. I will give them to anyone who wants to try this environment.
