So far I've used it while sleeping on my back and side and it's great!

My wife's review: I normally sleep on my back, but rolled onto my side a long time ago due to back pain. I then took a pillow to soften the space between my knees while lying on my side. but it wasn't the best support. I'm really glad I found this brace - it works well as an under knee brace when lying on my back and I can actually fall asleep without curling up! But when the pain is worse than usual and I land on my side, that helps support my legs too! Plus the case is super soft :)
