After experiencing neck stiffness and nerve compression from neck tension from sleeping on the wrong pillow, I did a little research and decided to try a neck pillow. This memory foam pillow from Cozy Hut relieved my neck and shoulder pain overnight. Getting used to sleeping with a pillow directly under the neck took some time, but the positive result is beyond doubt. I would recommend this pillow to anyone who hasn't found the perfect pillow yet.

It came very quickly and was exactly as described. I particularly like the paperback - it has a nice color and feels good. Fair warning that you need to give the pillow some time to inflate (it arrives with the air pushed out) and airy (it smells like a lot of foam). It took less than a day for the air to fill up and about 2 days for the smell to go away. The foam is very soft but takes a while to deflate so it's good for cushioning. When the package arrived I thought it was something else that I ordered. When I opened it I found that it was only folded very tightly. When I unfolded it I found that it had expanded to its full size as described in the listing. My wife's review: I normally sleep on my back, but rolled onto my side a long time ago due to back pain. I then took a pillow to soften the space between my knees while lying on my side. but it wasn't the best support. I'm really glad I found this brace - it works well as an under knee brace when lying on my back and I can actually fall asleep without curling up! But when the pain is worse than usual and I land on my side, that helps support my legs too! Plus the case is super soft :)

I've tried several lumbar supports and they usually get in the way in the car or on the seats - almost pushing me forward. This pillow is really soft and lays claim to the foam I feel when propped up without feeling like I have a log in my back. I tested it on my sofa and my office chair, I liked it on both. This is my second purchase, it is a gift for my daughter who has chronic migraines. She has been using full size memory foam for years.
