I have read many reviews about Mama and many of them have made me laugh. I think my mother is doing a great job, even though we had a very difficult beginning with her. Why? Because the instructions are ridiculous and seem to have been written for very weak or very old microwaves. So be careful: don't try the 7-minute cleaning cycle for the first time! Try it for 3 minutes and see if it did its job. If there is any liquid left, you can increase the time. Every microwave is unique, and when I first used Mama, my microwave suddenly turned itself off for safety reasons. Thought I'd blown up a nearly new microwave and wasn't a happy camper. But once everything cooled down—me, my mom, and the microwave—everything was fine. When my wonderful husband leaves the microwave in less than perfect condition, I use my mom to help clean up. Then I leave the door open and push my mother inside. The message is loud and clear. Not 5 starts but 4 because she has bad instructions. But she works, delivers and enjoys as a courier.
