Review on Comfort-focused La-Z-Boy Edmonton Big and Tall Executive Office Chair: Waterfall Seat Edge, Solid Wood Arms and Base, Bonded Leather, Black (Big & Tall) by Carla Anderson

After 3 months the leather on the seat and backrest began to tear. This item doesn't come cheap, costing over $389 before taxes. Tears keep growing. I contacted True Innovations and was asked to send an email with more information and a photo. I have provided all the details and photos. After that I received no reply. In the last 7 months I have tried several times to contact them and meet the deadline but there is no answer. I'm also out of warranty. The quality of the product is very poor and no customer support is provided. I advise against buying this product. La-z-boy says it's made by their subsidiary and they take no responsibility. True Innovations is not responding. A very pathetic way of deceiving customers.
