Mine fits my 1977 Datsun 280Z
Others have complained about this on their Datsun Z vehicles. The small end fits snugly onto the inner tie rod and you don't need anything to hold this end in place. All in all, that's a good part considering the genuine Nissan bellows are $70 each and only $14 on Amazon.
