I could never figure out how to put a half star on the rating screens, I wanted to give this one 4 1/2 stars. This really is my product - you know that, right? I've been talking about one of these mounts for my phone for the past 3 or 4 years. No, it's your product, but I've always dreamed of having something like this for my phone. It's great that you made it happen. I would give you 5 stars but there were no instructions (at least I didn't get any). I've been using cameras and tripods for 25-30 years so I think this helped me figure out the setup. But I had a bit of a hard time figuring out how to turn the phone one way - I can't remember if it was portrait or landscape, but it was a challenge (I love challenges!). I found out and it has many benefits. I have a Golden Retriever puppy who is now almost 6 months old and I train him in agility in our backyard. This is not official gear, I use whatever works to do dog walks, dog jumps and jump platforms. She's doing great. My last gold, rest in his soul, was in agility and obedience, of course. During his time I had a live partner, so I had a person with a camera while I showed Tyler what to do. Before receiving your wonderful product I tried to make as many videos as possible but there are many videos about the grass, the sky, about me - about everything but my dog's performance. So you saved me from grief and stress. I captured moments I feared I would never see. I have 2 digital cameras that were considered very good when I bought them and because of my frustration trying to film their video I was considering buying a new digital camera that takes photos or videos or I wanted a camcorder to buy. You saved me several hundred dollars. Thanks for a great product.
