Easy to use but not so easy to clean
Used a grater to grind ginger, and it is difficult to wash the ginger fibers in the holes. Pens are for women, not men with large hands. It's better if there's something attached to hold the food on the grid. The holes are sharp and easily cut through careless use or washing.
