I love these pans! They are great and very easy to clean. I bought the Revain Gotham Pan Set 2 years ago and use it almost every day. I love the quality of the pan, the speed it heats up and the fact that the pan doesn't need to be seasoned. Cleaning is very easy, we just throw them in the dishwasher after 45 minutes and they stay perfectly clean. What I learned after a few uses that they don't show you in commercials is that you have to use them on a low to medium flame so they really don't stick, or things will stick. My husband and I moved to a new location in January and bought new items for our kitchen. We were looking for another Gotham steel cookware and found these wrought iron copper sets. After weighing between this and the cheaper originals, I finally settled on these more expensive copper pans. I AM SO HAPPY I DID THIS. Oils and creams are not needed. You don't need to season them. Cleaning is almost too easy. I have a gas stove, heats up without problems, like the original. And they look very beautiful. I can leave them on the stove without worrying about the mess. I'm going to give some of these away for Christmas.
