Great fire engine toy for my granddaughter, who is obsessed with Fireman Sam. It makes some noise, but only when the child pushes the buttons. Much better (for adults!) than the ones that blare continuously. The little toy figures are fun too. not officially Fireman Sam, but close enough for a 3-year old. Toy seems well made, I'm very pleased with the friction-enabled movement.I also ordered the "Fireman Sam backpack" from Ebay (different seller), and the firetruck and figures fit inside with lots of room to spare for other firewoman paraphernalia.
