Direct replacement OEM
Perfect fit for my 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan as advertised. Installation is a PAIN as one mounting screw abuts the van's firewall. You will need to remove the carpet and gasket and have a flexible socket adapter to get to the correct area of this screw. Or just break it off and work with three mounting screws instead of four.
